IONET IP Geo-ban rules are now in effect! 10/21/2026@ 10:13AM

To prevent abuse of our services and systems, I have rolled out a IP Geo-ban list as well as a robots.txt (idk why I did not do this sooner but we have it now!)

The list of blocked countries include:

China (CN)
Russia (RU)
Belarus (BY)
India (IN)
Cuba (CU)
Iran (IR)
North Korea (KP)
Somalia (SO)
Venezuela (VE)
Afghanistan (AF)
Republic of the Congo (CG)
Democratic Republic of the Congo (CD)
Eritrea (ER)
Haiti (HT)
Lebanon (LB)
Myanmar (MM)
Sudan (SD)
Syria / Syrian Arab Republic (SY)
Zimbabwe (ZW)
Iraq (IQ)
Libya / Libyan Arab Jamahiriya (LY)
South Sudan (SS)
Central African Republic (CF)
Ethiopia (ET)
Cambodia (KH)
Russian occupied Luhansk and Donetsk
Russian Controlled Entities sanctioned by OFAC

The IP addresses belonging to the countries or ASNs listed above are banned from ALL services provided here. This includes all web content, WebSDR, CDN, IRC, XMPP, Mumble, etc.

The banned countries and ASNs are determaned based on web traffic stats / logging collected by us and countries that are blocked / sanctioned by ITAR/OFAC.
